About
Us

AdamSound is a full service audio production company
with a complete portable multitrack system and a tracking/overdub/mixing
facility in Dallas, Texas. Our primary emphasis is recording choirs
and praise and worship music in churches, schools, and locations
around the world.
Owner
and chief engineer Randy Adams was an original member of
contemporary Christian music group Dallas Holm and Praise from 1975
to 1982, participating in every project the group recorded during
that time, including the RIAA gold certified "Hey, I'm a Believer",
which featured the first recording of "Rise Again", "Tell
'Em Again", "All That Matters", "This is My
Story", and "I Saw the Lord".
In
1982, Randy Adams joined with Rodriguez Communications to
construct and operate two recording facilities; Sierra Recording
in Fort Worth, and Future Audio in Dallas. After 5 years, AdamSound
was formed as an independent audio production company, and we began
concentrating on location recordings of church choirs and praise
and worship music. In 1999 we began construction of a new tracking,
overdub, mixing facility in partnership with Christ
for the Nations, a bible college located in Dallas, Texas.
The
underlying philosophy that guides all the activities of our company
is best described in these words of Randy Adams: "I
came to faith in Christ early in life because of the example of
my parents and others, but I had to make a decision as an adult
to live every day of my life as a Christian, and let the principles
of Christ guide everything I do. I believe in excellence, not just
because it helps me do better work, but because it is a part of
my commitment to Christ."
